I found the hotel to be in a convenient location near a mini shopping mall in Gaborone and the staff provided excellent service. The rooms were well-decorated and cozy, but unfortunately, the bath was not working properly in the disused bedroom. The dining experience was satisfactory with healthy snacks available.
